about me?

i'm very boring to be honest, so this will be quite short...

my life:
i was procreated in Lower Austria in the 70ies and born in the 80ies (also in lower austria). being a child in the 80ies was quite nice, because i can blame my mom for having been dressed like this and of course my aunt, because of all the handmedowns, i got from my 70ies-born cousins.
i was in kindergarten and went to school (ergo: spent my first 18 years) in lower austria.
but since 1998 i'm studying and living the most time of the year in vienna. i also work part-time, mostly in... lower austria!

my names:
my real name is Irene, my usual screenname is Fredegund.
Eirene is a minor goddess in greek mythology. she was one of the Horae and she personified Peace. i think it fits me well.

i'm known as Fredegund on the net, since i signed up at the site of my fav radiostation (fm4), which also hosts a community of interesting people. wow, that was quite some time ago... .
Fredegund was a Queen of the Franks, i came across her in a early middle-ages lecture and i think she was a fascinating woman. (a short biography about her can be found [here].
